Lightweight, protective and restorative skin moisturizer, rich in omega 3 and 6 (vitamin F), as well as a great source of antioxidant polyphenols.

Grapeseed oil is emollient, nourishing and moisturizing due to its content of oleic acid and other fatty acids.
It has soothing properties thanks to its very high content of linoleic acid, an essential omega-6 fatty acid.
Additionally, thanks to its high omega-6 acid content, it regulates sebum production. It is also astringent, which also contributes to its anti-blemish effect.
It is also antioxidant and protective thanks to its composition of unsaponifiables, the active part of the oil (vitamins, sterols, carotenoids, etc.).

Grapeseed oil is a non-greasy and non-comedogenic oil. It is easily absorbed by the skin and moisturizes it without leaving any residue. It contains a particularly high concentration of linoleic acid and antioxidants, making it particularly suitable for blemished or mature skin. Grapeseed oil is also suitable for all skin types. It can also be used in hair care. It repairs fine and brittle hair. It can be used alone or in combination with other skin-beneficial oils.

« As an oil containing high amounts of omega-6 acids, it is important in the care of dry skin, because it regenerates the lipid barrier of epidermis and prevents from excessive loss of water, but also for oily and seborrheic skin, because it has no comedogenic properties and normalizes sebaceous glands. Due to the content of vitamin E and resveratrol, which have antioxidant and anti-ageing effects, grape oil is also recommended for mature skin ».

The hydroxyproline content of the granulation tissue was significantly higher in the animals treated with cranberry and the grape-oil.
